What we collect

When you enquire we collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the suburb the vehicle is in, and details about the vehicle itself. If you call or text us we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up properly.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, to arrange the work, to invoice you, and to contact you about work we have done or you have asked about. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Our booking and customer systems, which store data on our behalf, and our payment provider when you pay. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Marketing

If we send you an offer you can opt out at any time, by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or just telling us. We act on that immediately and permanently.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Nothing is loaded until you choose. If you accept, this site runs two things: privacy-friendly analytics, which tells us which pages help people and which do not, and a Facebook pixel, which lets us show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site. If you decline, neither one loads and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere.

We never record your screen, and analytics is set to mask text rather than capture it. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Access, correction and deletion

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
