Using this site
The information here is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Prices, inclusions and durability figures shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed in the quote we send you, which is the document that governs the work.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is based on the information you give us and what we can see. If the vehicle turns out to be in materially different condition on the day, we will tell you before we start and agree any change with you rather than surprising you on the invoice.
Access and site requirements
You do not need to be there while we work. As a mobile service we need somewhere safe and legal to park with room to work around the vehicle, plus access to a power outlet, access to water and the keys left somewhere safe, in case we need to move the vehicle. If we cannot access the vehicle safely we will contact you to rearrange.
Cancellations and no-shows
Give us at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a booking and there is nothing to pay. Inside 12 hours, or if we arrive and cannot carry out the work, the full price of the booked service applies.
“Cannot carry out the work” means we arrived and were unable to start: no power, no water, or no access to the keys or the vehicle. We will always call you first and try to sort it out rather than leave. If weather or a job overrunning affects your slot, we tell you as early as we can and move it at no cost to you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
